For aqua aerobics exercisers, the Water Walkers provide a better aquatic workout with less body stress and more effective calorie burn. Strap the fifteen and a half inch long 'flipper' to the feet to increase water resistance and to isolate and build endurance and strength in core muscle groups. Flaps on the sides of the water walkers flip up and create drag or resistance when pushed down through water. When pulled up, the flaps drop.
