Description: The Level 1 Workout DVD is a 43-minute Pilates reformer workout for beginners choreographed and demonstrated by Pilates expert Marjolein Brugman. This is the first in a series of three DVDs. When you are ready to challenge yourself more, try Pilates Level 2 and Pilates Level 3 DVDs. The Pilates Level 2 Workout DVD is designed for the use on all the Pilates machines but is shown on the Aero Pilates. It is a more challenging than the original intermediate workouts and needs to be attempted after the level 1 DVD is mastered. It includes internal and external rotation of the legs. It is a new addition for all other machine owners who already have the intermediate video. It will improve the tone, strength, coordination, kinesthetic awareness and flexibility of the whole body. It is approximately 35 minutes long.
The Pilates Level 3 DVD is the most advanced of all the Pilates videos. It includes internal and external rotation of the legs and challenges the body in all modes of fitness: tone, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, kinesthetic awareness and grace. It should be attempted after the level 1 and 2 DVDs have been mastered. This DVD is a more challenging routine than the original advanced DVDs and would be a wonderful addition to the other machine owner's library. It is approximately 45 minutes long.
