zEarth.com was primarily created for merchants who wanted an additional marketing channel and Marketplace for their products, but were tired of paying costly pay-per-click charges that so often do not result in sales. Alternatively, zEarth.com is a pay-for-performance channel, similar in concept to Amazon.com. Merchants pay only when orders are delivered. We use a combination of an affiliate relationship to deliver traffic directly to your site, as well as providing shoppers a shopping cart and checkout to complete orders with multiple merchant’s products, all in one place. We have found that offering both is the best of both worlds for shoppers, and has increased conversion overall for our merchant customers.

- An affiliate relationship is established and confirmed between zEarth and merchant.
- Merchant sends their most complete and updated product data (spreadsheet) via a zipped file, or FTP. (Each Merchant will have individual FTP Details)
- zEarth staff moves the merchant’s data into zEarth format for original upload
- Merchant data is uploaded, merchant is informed and a test order is placed in zEarth checkout.
- Daily Schedule Updater is set up allowing 24/7 FTP updates of inventory and pricing.
- Set up complete.
DAILY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES: - Daily zEarth Checkout Order notifications are sent via email to merchant.
- Orders are picked up within the zEarth Admin Console. Order status is changed from “Sent to Merchant” to either “Processed by Merchant”, “On Hold by Merchant”, or “Cancelled by Merchant”. Login here
- Merchant places orders within their own order processing system.
- Affiliate sales are generated via orders placed directly on merchant website.
- Automated daily updates are completed after midnight.
- No shipment tracking updates necessary. All customer service is handled through merchant’s own order processing systems. zEarth does not believe in duplicating efforts, so the merchant may control the communication and customer service updates themselves.
