Each product page displays a Return Policy at the bottom of the page. Although most merchants offer at least a 30-day return, it is recommended that you read each return policy, and click through to the merchant site to feel comfortable with their policies.
Q: Should I order my products of interest on zEarth, or click through to the merchant site and order there? A: zEarth provides both options for shoppers. If you’d like to place all orders in one checkout so you have a history of each purchase, you may place all orders within the zEarth checkout. All orders are delivered to each respective merchant within seconds, and are subsequently placed within their system. Placing orders within the zEarth Marketplace itself is a great way to keep track of all your orders in one place. It saves time… it’s quick and easy. However, if you would rather do your searching and selecting on zEarth, then click through and place your order on the merchant’s site directly, every product page has a link to each site under the questions tab. Click on that tab, click through to the merchant site, and place your orders there if you like.
Q: How do I get tracking on my order? A: zEarth strongly believes in pairing the shopper and merchant together for straight communication regarding all orders. zEarth is Marketplace for search, comparison, and order origination, however with millions of products, we believe the merchant selling and shipping those products is best to serve customers regarding the communication of the processing of the order from placement through to delivery, and final customer service follow-up. Your initial confirmation email will include all contact information for communicating directly with each merchant regarding the smooth processing of your order.
