Q: How do I ask a product question?
A: Every product page has a tab called "Questions". Click on this tab, and you will find the merchant's contact information link. Click the link, and you will be directed to the contact details for that merchant.
Q: How long will it take to ship, and receive my product?
A: Shipping lead time is a requirement for all products added to the zEarth.com shopping portal. You will find this information on the "Shipping Info" link on each product page. Add the shipping lead time to your chosen shipping method to get the total number of days prior to your product's arrival. Back to Top
Q: Who will send my tracking information?
A: zEarth.com believes in the shopper and merchant communicating directly. Once your order is placed, the merchant will not only receive your order within minutes, but will begin the packing and shipping process within their warehouse, which usually takes between 1-3 business days. More importantly, your order will be processed through their systems, making sure you are kept in the loop at every stage of the order and delivery process, including sending you the tracking information when the product ships.
Q: How do you handle returns?
A: To facilitate an easy return process, again, zEarth.com believes in direct communication between merchant and shopper. Each merchant offers their own return policies, which are clearly marked on every product page. Please read each return policy prior to placing your order. Q: Why was zEarth.com created?
A: zEarth.com has been created to better serve two primary customers; the online shopper, and the online merchant. We believe our portal is straightforward, easy-to-use, and offers an easy-to-find solution for finding any particular product, in the size, color, brand, model, price range and type desired. However, instead of just sending traffic to a variety of merchants, we would prefer to provide complete product information within our portal, allowing for easier search and comparison, and ultimately easier shopping decisions.
