zEarth.com is a Mass Shopping Marketplace comprised of merchants from all over the world.  Therefore, return policies will vary by merchant, and are clearly displayed on each product page.  Please see the Return Policy section on each product page for details.  If you have further questions regarding a merchants return policy, click on the questions tab, found on each product page, and click through directly to the merchant's website for more detailed information.

Once an order is placed, the order is fulfilled by the merchant.  We encourage direct communication from shopper to merchant and merchant to shopper.  If you need to return a product, your return will be processed directly through the merchant's website.
